Brand Marketing Intern (College Student)

• Attend weekly staff meetings
•Manage Social Media accounts that TEC supports
•Work directly with Director of Content Creation to create high quality content on Tik Tok
•Assist with the design and execution of Social Media Campaigns
•Engage with community members to guage success of Social Media Campaigns
•Increase Brand awareness by understanding the overall concept and direction of the company
•Stay up-to-date and informed about trends and tools in Social Media
Esports Operations Intern (High School or College Student)

• Manage tasks across the department to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage marketing for High School and YMCA leagues; work directly with the social media manager for this
• Report to the General Manager and Operations Manager
• Work directly with Operations Manager with Help on the HSS
• Organize, plan, and manage the YMCA League
• Updating and maintaining game rules
• Generating league schedules
• Entering statistics into software
• Work closely with schools and organizations, stay up to date about what is going on
• Clip Top 5 play of week for HSS
High School Social Media Intern(High School or College Student, Remote)

• Attend weekly staff meetings
•Manage Social Media accounts that TEC supports
•Work directly with Director of Content Creation to create high quality content on Tik Tok
•Assist with the design and execution of Social Media Campaigns
•Engage with community members to guage success of Social Media Campaigns

•Stay up-to-date and informed about trends and tools in Social Media
Video Editor (High School or College Student, Remote)

• Report directly to General Manager
• Work on TEC projects with the Director of Content Creation
• Attend weekly meetings
• Make weekly highlight videos for assigned sports, along with season recaps
• Vlog local TEC events
• Film commercials for TEC broadcasts
• Edit Interviews
• Know the basics of Envato Elements / After Effects
Local Esports Broadcaster (College Students, Local Johnstown)

• Commentate over live matches that are streamed for their respected game
• Show up 30 minutes or earlier before match start time
• Dress and commentate in a professional and respectful manner
• Mention sponsors and partnership deals The Esport Company has on stream
• Have existing high quality camera and microphone for streams
Head Journalist (High School or College Student, Remote)

• Must have knowledge of the TEC games offered
• Producing weekly articles
• Maintaining blog updates
• Sending posts to social media intern to be posted
