The Esport Company is offering exciting internship opportunities for the summer and fall 2023 seasons. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, content creation, and more, while working with a team of dedicated professionals in the dynamic and rapidly evolving esports industry.

The internship program provides both remote and in-person options, and interns will receive competitive hourly rates, with pay starting at $10 per hour. Esports Operations Intern (High School or College Student)

• Manage tasks across the department to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage marketing for High School and YMCA leagues; work directly with the social media manager for this
• Report to the General Manager and Operations Manager
• Work directly with Operations Manager with Help on the HSS
• Organize, plan, and manage the YMCA League
• Updating and maintaining game rules
• Generating league schedules
• Entering statistics into software
• Work closely with schools and organizations, stay up to date about what is going on
• Clip Top 5 play of week for HSS
