The store runs to a deadline. Parents order individually, or a coach submits the whole roster at once.
After it closes, everything is produced together, bagged by name and delivered to the school.
A small run for one squad is billed to the school or the team — simplest for a group of twenty. A program-wide or PTO sale runs as a full store instead, with families buying individually over a longer window.
