Coach’s quote: “I have seen Joey grow in the 2 years since joining our club. Right now into his senior year he has stepped up to be a club officer, team captain, work at our fundraisers, and become a multi-esports athlete. I am extremely proud of how Joey has taken on new activities in the school like FBLA, D&D, Scholastic Quiz and Robotics. He has managed his time and almost gained acceptance to MIT. Joey sets the standard of involvement beyond our club. In terms of game, Joey is a calming presence to our team. He and his brother (Jason Hale) improved in their ranks over the summer and developed more chemistry going into this season after the loss to Penn Trafford in Spring 2022. Both brothers and Jadon wanted to send the message that we are a team that wants to be dominating the D1- Rocket League table. As I said with Jadon’s response Joey is a great complimentary player with our team. His work ethic and determination to any task that Joey is involved in is admirable and would be desired in any environment.” – Forest Hills Team Manager Ben Grove
