Wednesday March 29, Daily Recap: Overwatch

Who’s ready for our week 5 Overwatch recap? Let’s get right into it!
Division One

We started our division one matches at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, March 29, with Bishop Guilfoyle versus Windber. Windber started off the week strong, winning two matches in a row with great teamwork and some great ults. Windber beat bishop Guilfoyle with a 2-0 score. Wonderful job, Windber!

Our next match was at 4:15 pm, right after the first match, between Ferndale and Somerset. Ferndale beat Somerset twice in a row, winning the match with a 2-0 score. Fantastic moves, Ferndale!

At 5:00 pm on Wednesday we watched the third match between Forest Hills and Richland. Richland tried hard and never gave up, but Forest Hills ended up sweeping the match with a strong 2-0 score. Flawless victory, Forest Hills!

We finished out our day with an exciting match between Hollidaysburg and Shade at 5:45 pm. Similar to the previous three matches, Shade ended up not only winning, but winning with a clean 2-0 score. Stellar work, Shade!

Division Two

This week we had three division two matches. To begin, Shade went head to head against Forest Hills at 3:30 pm for the victory. Just like their division one team, Forest Hills was not ready to lose this week, and took the win 2-0. Way to go, Forest Hills!
The second match between Salisbury-Elk Lick and Moshannon Valley was rescheduled.

Moving right into the next match at 5:00 pm, we watched Greater Johnstown go against Ferndale, each wanting to add another win to their seasonal records. Greater Johnstown beat Ferndale two maps in a row, ending the match with a 2-0 score. Glorious victory, Greater Johnstown!

Our last division two match of the day was at 5:45 pm between Gateway and Richland. Gateway did not want to lose even a single map, beating Richland with a 2-0 score. Outstanding moves, Gateway!
